Soothing Kratom Chai Latte 

This creamy delight is a must-try beverage for anyone wanting to offset the stronger notes of kratom. Featuring a dash of seasonal flavors, one soothing cup is all it takes to relax and revitalize your mind, body, and soul. 

To prepare two or three beverages, you will need:  

  • 2-3 cups water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 cup milk or a dairy-free alternative
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon kratom powder for each drink (depending on dosage preferences)
  • 1-2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground gloves 
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

To prepare this pseudo latte (this doesn’t actually contain coffee!), bring the water to a boil and steep the black tea bags for 3-5 minutes. In a separate saucepan, warm the milk or a dairy-free alternative. After steeping is complete, mix the vanilla and dry ingredients (kratom, cinnamon, ground cloves, and cardamon) into the tea. 

Pour the warmed milk into the tea blend, sprinkle a bit of cinnamon on top, and enjoy every satisfying drop! 

Kratom Soup for the Soul

If chai or caffeine isn’t your style, you’ll love this savory and nutritious chicken soup recipe. And, best of all, this versatile kratom soup is the perfect go-to recipe any time you have some spare celery, carrots, broccoli, onion, or peppers to pair with this heart-healthy goodness. 

To prepare this amazing kratom chicken soup, gather: 

  • 4 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1-2 cups of chopped veggies
  • 1 tablespoon of kratom powder 
  • 2-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • Salt to taste if the chicken broth has no or low-sodium

Fully cook the chicken breasts and shred or chop it into small pieces. Bring the broth to a simmer and incorporate the chicken, veggies, garlic, and dry ingredients. After the veggies have softened (approximately 10-15 minutes), remove from heat, gradually stir in the kratom powder, and allow the ingredients to marry for 5-10 minutes before enjoying this winter-time favorite! 

Kratom Hot Cocoa for Adults

Great for a bittersweet evening of relaxation, you can’t go wrong with a decadent kratom cocoa at the end of any day. For the purists who want a purely sweet hot cocoa experience, skip the kratom powder and enjoy a dose of kratom extract before sampling this indulgent dessert beverage. 

For each mug of this award-worthy hot cocoa, you will need: 

  • 1 tablespoon of your favorite cocoa powder (we prefer a sweet powder to balance the bitterness of kratom)
  • 1 teaspoon of kratom 
  • 1 cup of milk or a dairy-free alternative
  • Your favorite sweetener
  • Tiny marshmallows and whipped cream! 

Heat the milk in a small saucepan until warm. Gradually whisk in the cocoa powder and kratom on low heat. Mix in your favorite sweetener, fill your mug, and top with marshmallows, whipped cream, and any other delicious toppings you like!
