If you do not want to pay for a food scale, a good rule of thumb is to use a Teaspoon measuring spoon. A Teaspoon measuring spoon is approximately 2.5 grams.
Finding the Right Kratom Dosage
Kratom has a slow onset effect, so it is important to know that less is more. Kratom has a ceiling effect so more does not necessarily intensify effects- you will reach a point of diminishing returns. Positive desired results will be better obtained from a minimal dose. With that being said, it is important to wait 30-45 minutes before taking more Kratom. After 30-45 minutes and you are not feeling the desired effect, you can add an additional 0.5-1.0 grams.
