The customer service is downright "enlightened." I was touched by the little sticker stuck in the package, thanking me for the support. My appreciation for AOV really deepened when I got a marketing piece (some years ago now), where the founder shared his story of becoming disabled and his long road to recovery helped through the worst of times through use of these therapeutic products and by becoming the "AOV family." This company ethos is more than mere "marketing," this is "Real!" Great products, great service and Really good humans helping others! 👏
