Kratom Spring and Summer Recipes

Kratom Recipes 2.0-

The kratom recipes were such a hit the first time around that Austin Organic Village has decided to release a spring and summer edition. The days are getting longer, the nights are getting shorter, the temperatures are rising, and humankind will inevitably be venturing out into the world again. Whether it’s a refreshing and healthy drink, an energizing breakfast routine, or a sweet treat for a lazy summer afternoon, there’s something here for everyone.

Overnight Kratom Oats-

For a healthy energetic start to each day, overnight kratom oats are the way to go. This breakfast option is filled with fiber, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, and flavor. A nutritious meal, this breakfast will not only provide the wonderful benefits of kratom, but it will also be very filling, and keep the need for snacking down to a minimum. Add some chocolate chips and butter to make it an extra special treat. This recipe was found at fattycrab.com along with quite a few others.

Pour all ingredients into a jar, close lid and shake until well blended. Refrigerate the mix overnight and enjoy in the morning.

  •       ½ cup old rolled oats
  •       ½ cup almond milk
  •       1 teaspoon chia seeds
  •       2 teaspoons Green yogurt
  •       1 teaspoon kratom powder
  •       1 teaspoon honey
  •       ½ teaspoon vanilla extracts

Chocolate Kratom Cookies-

For a sweet treat on a lazy spring or summer day give kratom chocolate chip cookies a try. This recipe was found at lifeinahouse.net along with a few other ideas. All you need to get started is:

  • ¾ c butter
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 c flour
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ c chocolate chips
  • 24 g kratom powder

Just mix the butter and sugar, then add in the eggs. Separately stir all of the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Mix the two bowls of ingredients before adding in the chocolate chips. Place tablespoon-sized balls of the finished dough onto cookie sheets. Bake them for around 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Then just place on a cookie rack or a plate and let them cool. Enjoy!

Refreshing Kratom Juice Recipe-

This recipe is also from lifeinahouse.net. Instead of just mixing kratom with orange juice, here’s a recipe to give life a little more zing with a little less bitter. The obvious health benefits of the ingredients makes this an irresistible choice.  Just mix all ingredients in a juicer and enjoy!

  • One apple
  • Two carrots
  • One lemon
  • A few leaves of kale
  • A slice of ginger
  • Beets or beetroot powder
  • A daily dose of kratom powder
  • Cinnamon to taste

Kratom Iced Tea-

A personal recipe, and a deliciously potent way to consume kratom, kratom iced tea is an easy-to-make favorite. For this recipe, just bring a medium pot of water to a boil and take off the heat. Then, add in enough kratom for a pitcher of iced tea depending on individual consumption rates. Place back on a low simmer for about 10 minutes stirring regularly. Take off the heat and strain through a coffee filter into a pitcher. Add in sugar to taste (generally a cup or more). Stir sugar until it dissolves. Fill the rest of the pitcher with water and ice. Place in the fridge and enjoy at will.

Conclusion-

Consuming kratom doesn’t have to be boring, bitter, and tasteless. There are a lot of options out there for adventure. Just buy high quality kratom online, put on a chef hat, get in the kitchen, and live a little.
